Additionally, our retreat sits at the crossroads of Central Wisconsin’s extensive ATV and UTV trail network, inviting you to explore the scenic routes right from your doorstep.
Inside, the cabin comfortably sleeps up to five guests. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a twin bed. The living area includes a queen-size sofa sleeper, providing additional sleeping space. Please note that while we provide basic essentials, guests are encouraged to bring items like salt, pepper, oil, and paper towels to ensure a comfortable stay.

Our location places you within comfortable reach of several attractions: 35 minutes north of the bustling Wisconsin Dells and just 30 minutes from Wisconsin Rapids. The surrounding area boasts a variety of activities to suit all interests. Golfers can choose from six courses within a 35-minute drive, while nature lovers will appreciate the eight county and state parks located 5 to 30 minutes away. For thrill-seekers, Dyracuse UTV/ATV Dirt Bike Park is only 15 minutes away, and horseback riding at Bighorn Ranch is just a 10-minute drive.
Our cabin is pet-friendly, welcoming your furry companions for a $100 fee. Please note that we are situated in a quiet residential area that observes a strict no-noise policy after 10 PM; therefore, we cannot accommodate DJs, live music, tents, campers, or RVs. While we provide basic essentials, guests are encouraged to bring items like salt, pepper, oil, and paper towels to ensure a comfortable stay.

Families can enjoy mini-golf at Papa Bears, water ski shows by the Shermalot team, or tubing adventures at Sandy Shores. Speedway enthusiasts have options too, with Golden Sands, Tomah Sparta, and Dells Raceway Park all within an hour's drive. Wildlife watchers and anglers will find the Buena Vista Grasslands and Wisconsin Rapids Municipal Zoo 35 minutes away, and the nearby Wisconsin River, Petenwell Lake, and Castle Rock Lake offer ample opportunities for water-based recreation.
Big Roche a Cri Lake, encompassing 217 acres with a maximum depth of 20 feet, offers ample opportunities for fishing enthusiasts. The lake is home to species such as panfish, largemouth bass, northern pike, and walleye. Anglers can access the lake via two public boat landings.
Roche-A-Cri State Park, located just north of Friendship, features a 300-foot-high rock outcropping adorned with Native American petroglyphs and pictographs. Visitors can hike the stairway to the top for panoramic views or explore the park's trails and picnic areas.

Maynard. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for a long-term getaway. The owners were fantastic and extremely helpful while we were there! It was perfect. The building was clean and fully stocked with basic items. The lakefront access was amazing. There was a rowboat, canoe, and paddle boat available and all the life jackets and paddles you would need in the gazebo. We also rented a pontoon boat from the owners of the property. Was a great way to relax and tour the lake with my family. The location was a perfect escape from our busy lives. The only negative was we couldn't stay longer!
