Lake House (Chain Lk.) 1st of 5 Lakes--4 Bedrooms(queen beds) & Bunk Rm.(double/twin bunk bed) and pull-out bed in Extra Lounge Rm. & 2 Full Bathrooms--You can rent for 2 or many more people(even up to 14 people comfortably). Complete privacy on 3 acres and 250 ft. of lake frontage with neighbors quite a distance away. It is well taken care and very clean inside and outside is well groomed. Now in this co-vid era we go over the top in disinfecting the place. We not only have it disinfected by hand but we also professionally fog the place with natural disinfectants that kills bacteria's and viruses.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are big in size. The living room provides much comfort with one big couch and love seat and 3 single couch seats where there is a big TV with DVD player (also Wi-Fi connections) and a beautiful field stone gas fireplace. In the living room is a piano and a Stereo/CD player. The dining room contains a huge dining room table that seats 8. The kitchen has a table that seats 4 and has many cupboards that contain pots and pans along with dishes, silverware, kitchen towels for use and also an upper & lower oven, microwave, and refrigerator w/upper freezer and outside on the deck is an outside gas grill.
It also has 4 nicely decorated bedrooms-all with different themes (3 of the rooms have queen size beds & 1 room has a double(bottom bed) and twin bed (on top). There is also a lounge room that contains a double sized hide-a-bed (sleeps 2). We have 3 other twin(single) roll-in-beds that have been put in any of the rooms to accommodate the group. Crib provided when needed.
Outside there are beautiful towering trees surrounding the house with a big fire pit (wood provided near fire pit for burning) where you can roast marshmallows and make smores.
The lake is right in front of the house where there is a long pier in the water that you can walk, fish, or dock your boats on (your own or a rented ones). There is a complimentary row boat, canoe, and 3 kayaks on the shore. All activities are to be done at your own risk. If you're swimming, boating or canoeing or kayaking we ask that the fun equipment be used as they are intended to be used so they do not get ruined and no one gets hurt. Always 'Safety First' so that is why we also provide life preservers that are located in a big container by the house (if you have your own that is great !)
Central Air Conditioner, Field Stone Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Iron and Ironing board. Outside Propane Gas Grill (propane provided) and Fire Pit (fire wood provided). Complimentary Row Boat and Canoe and Kayaks. We have Wi-Fi and there are also Wi-Fi hot spots with food ,drink, ice cream, and coffee shops in the near-by cities and towns. The beautiful lake and the wild life that has been sighted can make this stay breathtaking and quite enjoyable and the avid fishermen have caught some pretty big catches here. This house is on Chain Lake which is the 1st Lake of a 5 Lake chain (Chain, Echo, Stone, Sand, and Dam Lakes).
It is a 2500 sq. ft. ranch style home with an upstairs and a downstairs. Per dog - stays are $150. for a full week (dogs are not counted as people).
Rowboat, Canoe, Kayak, Jet Ski, Paddle Boat, Swim, Watersports (like skiing, wake boarding, or tubing) or lay-out on the deck or by the shore and read and soak in the sun's rays or bird watch and watch different wildlife walk on by.
There are many near-by awesome restaurants, museums, movie theaters, unique shops, antique stores, ice cream shops, horseback riding, go-carting, bumper boats, miniature golf courses, beautiful regular big golf courses, zip-lining places, winery tours, libraries and beautiful bike trails everywhere. There is also the largest flee market in WI which happens every Monday in the Northwoods through the summer months which runs from 9am to 3pm (food venders and homemade things/just about anything you can think of is sold there).

Every person after 8 people is $150. each.

We ask for a deposit check of $500. to be made out to Nancy Schneider and sent to her at 7173 County Rd. D, Rhinelander, WI 54501, to secure your week and the rest of the balance is due upon arrival (which can be paid by cash or check) which gives vacationers more time to make their balance (that is due upon arrival). Full week rentals are during June, July, August & including up to Labor Day. They start Friday (check-in 4;00 pm) and the next Friday (check-out is 9:00am). We (Nancy & Tom Schneider,Wick) both grew up in this area and anybody that has ever been here definitely agrees with us that we are from a bit of paradise with diamond sparkling waters and beautiful miles of gorgeous trees with much to offer in tourism for the summer lover or the winter lover. The most beautiful thing is to see the wildlife right outside the picture window. Eagles (other birds of all sorts) and many deer. Also we and other past guests that have stayed have seen bear, fox, raccoons and many other little critters. The beautiful lake that this house is located on (Chain Lake) and can be easily traveled by boats and pontoon boats to the other 4 lakes that connect to it ( we have and so has our other past guests that have stayed over the years). We have been in business for 15 years and have been considered a 5 star place to stay by our past guests when we were on another site and are considered 5* even now and have been quite sought after by many regular returnees due to there happiness with the house and property and the outside privacy that this house has and their fond memories that they have made here.
