The primary bedroom on the main level boasts a king bed and en‑suite bath with whirlpool tub. Two more bedrooms and a loft upstairs provide plenty of sleeping space, and there’s a full bath on each level.
This 2,500‑square‑foot home sleeps up to 10 guests and is pet‑friendly (two dogs max). A two‑car garage, laundry room, Wi‑Fi, and central air conditioning add convenience. Outdoors you’ll find a charcoal grill, firepit, and ample seating on the decks for dining al fresco. A short stroll down the yard leads to the private dock – perfect for fishing or launching a kayak.
Day at the Lake’s standout feature is its two‑tier deck overlooking Spring Brook Lake. The upper deck is accessed from the sunroom and offers tables and chairs for meals or sunbathing, while the lower deck connects to the backyard and walkway to the dock. This layout provides uninterrupted lake views and plenty of outdoor living space.
Another unique highlight is the glass atrium on the main level. This four‑season room features floor‑to‑ceiling windows, a fireplace, and a dining table, creating a cozy spot to gather and watch the changing seasons. The spacious loft upstairs doubles as a second living area with additional sleeping options and its own balcony.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior receive a full refund less a $30 fee; cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Taxes and resort fees are additional.
