Base rates for Dogwood Dream vacation rental are based on a group of 8 guests over three years. Additional guests will incur a fee of $15 per night, with a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. A security deposit of $500.

Beautiful house with comfortable accommodations. Note to future renters: bring basic kitchen supplies such as basic spices, foil, ziplock bags, and if you plan to use the grill bring charcoal, lighter fluid, and a fire starter or matches. Pam
Our group of 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 elementary-age children had a wonderful time at Dogwood Dream. Everything was clean and fresh-smelling. We used the toaster, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Our teenagers were thrilled with the WiFi connection, tv channel selection and having SIX televisions to choose from. We enjoyed the openness of the upper floor. I appreciated the special touch of there being nightlights in each bedroom and bathroom (as I had forgotten ours). It was a quiet neighborhood. We walked to the clubhouse restaurant (delicious food) and pools. My younger children wanted to stay and live here at this house! We will definitely choose Spring Brook rental homes again. Stacy
We really enjoyed our time at the Dogwood Dream. The house worked well for our crew that had very small children. The 2 bedrooms downstairs worked great for the 2 couples with kids to keep their space a bit more quiet and separated. Loved the game room in the basement however-it was a nice gathering place for the football game. We used the pool and the restaurant and would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool, playground and golf. This house worked well for our group of 8 adults as there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Customer service was outstanding! Diane
