You’ll love the laid back pace and beautiful surroundings, nature trails, fishing on one of our pristine lakes (paddleboats, rowboats and canoes included). Having a par 36, 9-hole golf course out your front door is nice too.
The Dells is popular year around, but it’s hard to beat the spacious deck during those summer afternoons and evenings. Even on those cold winter days, the Game Room and Family Room offer endless opportunities for game-entertainment. The gas fireplace will keep your spirits warm too.
Sleeping arrangement: Main level, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Lower Level, 3 additional bedrooms and two additional full size bathrooms. Plus living room sofa sleeper. 4.5 bathrooms.
Above average Dells vacation home amenities include: wet bar area, Theater room with state of the art cinema experience, and the group cook will love the fully furnished kitchen (Full size refrigerator and microwave). Just outside is the large fire pit with a great view of the Northwoods. The lodge is just a few miles from the fun and excitement of Wisconsin Dells.
The list of things to do start inside: Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Whirlpool, Large Flat Screen TV. You don’t have to venture far to find some of Wisconsin’s best fishing, swimming, golfing, dining and of course water parks. The lodge is open year around so plan on Cross-country skiing and snowmobiling right from the Spring Brook property.
At the resort is the popular Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill. The Clubhouse complex has indoor and outdoor pools; fitness studio and the group events are endless. We can help plan a casual reunion, action-packed birthday party or full-scale group/golfing event. Weddings, Bridal or Baby Showers too.

We came for a late season ski weekend at Cascade. We enjoyed all the comforts of home. The spacious gameroom would be a real bonus for families with kids. The indoor pool facilities were also geared toward families, though we enjoyed the hot tub. Pat from Moline, Illinois

What started as as an upscale campground in 1987 is now the only single-family vacation home development and resort in Wisconsin Dells. Our Spring Brook resort spans 360 wooded acres. Spring Brook’s name comes from the main tributary which flows from the hills west of the area and eventually empties into Lake Delton. in 2006 a 9-hole golf course and stunning four million dollar 18,000 sq. ft. clubhouse was added. The thing we enjoy the most? Bringing families together.
