Cedar pairs a large lakeside screened porch with an open kitchen, breakfast island and dining area, giving shared meals several places to happen. Its main level and lower level each have two bedrooms, which helps families spread out. A full-house backup generator is a practical extra, and air conditioning keeps the lodge comfortable during warm summer afternoons.
A dishwasher and furnished kitchen support meals at home, while WiFi and DirecTV are available for downtime. Bed linens are included, as are a picnic table, charcoal grill, firepit, firewood and access to the resort canoe and kayaks. Bring bath and beach towels, toiletries, toilet paper and other paper products. Up to two dogs are welcome with a fee; arrange them with us when booking.

Awassa's designated winter routes accommodate snowshoeing, skiing and fat biking as conditions allow; check current local reports before planning snowmobiling.
