Peak summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day) rates are approximately $500 per night with Saturday–Saturday weekly rentals from $3,500 plus tax. Spring, fall and winter rates start at $300 per night or $2,100 per week. A two- or three-night minimum stay applies during non-peak seasons; weekly stays are required in summer. Rates are subject to 5.5% sales tax and 5.5% room tax. A security deposit and cleaning fee will be added, and pets are welcome for an additional fee.
