Two separate porch spaces give Driftwood Daydream much of its character: the screened porch for an open-air gathering behind the screens, and the covered deck with its swinging bench for a slower spell overlooking the lake. The main bedroom opens directly onto that deck and has an en-suite bathroom behind sliding barn doors. Inside, the wood-burning stone fireplace and wet bar add places to settle in after the beach bags are unpacked.
We provide a rowboat, kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat, along with a cornhole set, towable tube and air compressor. The private pier and beach access put that gear close to the reason you came. Meal planning has its own advantages here: a pantry for the vacation groceries, a dining table seating 10, and two outdoor picnic tables beside the gas grill.
