Nestled along the shoreline of Little St. Germain Lake, Trails End Lake Retreat is a first-floor corner condo that offers an intimate connection with the water. This two-bedroom, two-bath getaway is designed around an open concept floor plan where picture-window views of the lake fill the living room and dining area. A rustic stone fireplace anchors the gathering space, setting a cozy Northwoods atmosphere for every season. In both bedrooms and the main living area you’ll find flat-screen TVs equipped with Amazon Fire Stick and YouTube TV, so you can stream your favorite shows or watch the game after a day outdoors. Wi-Fi is included throughout the home.
Each of the two bedrooms is furnished for restful nights after a day of adventure. One of the bathrooms features a jetted soaking tub—a welcome reward after a day on the trails or the lake. Sliding doors lead from the living room to a private covered porch where you can sip your morning coffee while the sunrise paints the lake, or unwind at sunset listening to the gentle waves and birdsong. Because this is a corner unit, you have extra windows that bring in natural light and panoramic views of the shoreline.
Trails End Lake Retreat balances privacy with access to shared resort conveniences. Right outside you’ll find a fire pit for evening stargazing, plus a sandy swimming area that’s ideal for kids. The rental includes Wi-Fi, parking, and linens. We maintain the condo ourselves to ensure it’s clean and comfortable when you arrive, and we’re always nearby if you need anything during your stay.

Things To Do
Little St. Germain Lake is known for its outstanding fishing. Cast for walleye, musky, bass and panfish from your boat slip or off the dock, then use the on-site fish-cleaning house to prepare your fresh catch. When you’re ready for a change of pace, grab a paddleboard or kayak and explore the quiet bays. The sandy beach is perfect for swimming or building sandcastles with the kids.
If you prefer to stay on land, step onto the St. Germain ATV/UTV trail system right from our parking lot. The network offers miles of well-maintained trails that wind through Vilas County’s forests and wetlands. During winter months, the famous Bo-Boen Snowmobile Trail connects directly to the property, giving you instant access to over 500 miles of groomed snowmobile routes. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are also popular in the area.
Beyond the trails, St. Germain boasts more than 40 miles of paved bike paths and easy access to shops, restaurants and seasonal events. Spend a day browsing local stores, sampling classic Wisconsin supper clubs, or visiting nearby Eagle River and Minocqua. As evening falls, gather around the lakeside fire pit for marshmallows and stories beneath a canopy of stars.
