The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The yard was big and private. It was too cold to go swimming but the water looked nice and clear. There isn't really a beach, so might be hard with little kids. Overall I highly recommend it.

Up Nort' Retreat is on North Twin Lake which has multiple trails that go across the lake surface. This allowed us to access the Eagle River and Phelps trail systems from the lake side of the house. The house is very modern, was immaculately clean, and was very comfortable. The house has floor heat (which is very nice to have in winter), a beautiful living room, and a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen. The beds are new and are very comfortable. We have stayed here last summer -- and the location was perfect then, and is perfect in winter. We've already booked again for this coming summer and we are very much looking forward to coming back.
