Shimmering Bay has four bedrooms: 3 queen-size beds, 4 twins, and a pull out sofa-sleeper (in the loft). Shimmering Bay has a full cathedral ceiling great room which allows for lakeviews even from the bedrooms and bath in the upper level. The great room and open dining room has a wet bar, mini-fridge, for your entertaining pleasures.
Relax in the three-season porch which leads to deck. Bring your boat (or rent from a nearby marina) and dock it right in front of the home on the boat slip provided on the community pier. Located in a channel fairly protected from any high winds, you can leave your boat on the dock during your entire stay. This is also a good area for swimming.
Enjoy the many beaches, lakeside restaurants, fishing and excellent boating on Castle Rock Lake. Bring your bikes, hiking shoes, snowmobiles, ATVs and golf clubs ... for the many trails and championship golf courses in our area.

The house was beautiful and having the boat docked at the house was very nice. In the mornings we could see out on the lake why it was called shimmering bay, as the Lake sparkled.
