2026 Rates: Prime/Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day and holiday periods) base rates for 4 guests: $1,600/week or $320/night. Spring base rates for 4: $1,120/week or $224/night. Fall base rates for 4: $1,280/week or $256/night. Extra persons add $25/week or $10/day; prices subject to change. A $425 deposit holds your reservation with balance due upon arrival. Prime time requires weekly stays; shorter stays may be available in spring and fall with a 2‑night minimum. Pets are not permitted during prime season and must be approved in advance at other times.
